Meet Megan Wetherbee
Megan Wetherbee, PA-C, is a physician assistant who provides comprehensive neurosurgical care at Neurosurgery One Parker and Lone Tree. She works closely with Dr. Hammers in both the clinic and operating room, treating patients with a wide range of brain, spine, and peripheral nerve conditions.
Megan specializes in the treatment of degenerative spinal disease, brain and spine trauma, brain tumors, back and neck pain, and peripheral nerve disorders. She assists in advanced procedures such as lumbar and cervical fusion, cervical disc replacement, discectomy, laminectomy, and craniotomy.
Her care philosophy centers on collaboration and communication. Megan believes in empowering patients by helping them understand their options and encouraging them to take an active role in their treatment journey. Her ultimate goal is to help patients return to the activities and experiences that bring them joy.
